The locals inspired the name Hidden valley which you’d never know was there unless someone showed you. Let me help you find your way here.
Hidden Valley a reflection of the inner landscape we all carry. The parts of ourselves we’ve tucked away. The emotions we haven’t fully named. The patterns shaped by time, pressure, and experience; the way glaciers shaped this valley.
Counselling with me is the gentle work of exploring those hidden valleys with curiosity and care. Some valleys are formed slowly. Some quickly, jaggedly, under pressure. But every valley brings life. I’m Karmin Manning, a clinical counsellor, a horsewoman, and someone who understands what it means to hold life's chaos and rebuild yourself more than once. I work with adults and teens 14+ who are ready to explore what’s shaped them and figure out what comes next.
At the heart of my work is a genuine care of people and their stories. I bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion to each session, helping clients make sense of their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and discover what is possible moving forward.
